Our story
A dream that opened its doors in 2004
Fiesta Grande began as a dream come true for founders Rosalio and Leticia Mora. Far from home, they dedicated many days and many nights to opening what is now a well-known Mexican restaurant here in Spokane Valley.
An authentic menu, exceptional service, and a room that feels like home — that's what turned so many customers into friends, and so many employees into family.
